I have a great 21-speed bike that I got for a very low price. As such, I did not want to spend more money on the maintenance tools for the bike than I did on the bike itself. This Schwinn Bicycle Chain Tool fit the bill, but I was concerned by the negative reviews. I took a risk on it anyway and I’m glad I did.
